KINGSLEYS ESTATES was formed in May 1994 merging the successful lettings firm of London Properties with the existing business of Kingsleys.
Chairman of the company is Eyal Landau, who has been successfully
letting properties in the UK to Diplomats and Company Representatives
from all over the world. He formed the company with the motto of Personal, Professional & Quality Service. 10 years on he feels
that Kingsleys Estates are now Big Enough to Cope and small Enough
to Care in dealing with all their clients property requirments.
The company has 5 main departments, lettings, management, sales, investments and surveying.
We are now very actively assisting relocation agents in the lettings market. We also have a department selling properties in Israel liaising with some of the largest networks of Estate Agents in Israel.
Managing Director and also Head of Sales is Murray Lee FNAEA with 37 years' experience in the local residential market. He is extremely well known locally and highly regarded throughout the local area for his integrity and his knowledge of the local residential property market is probably unsurpassed. With Murray in the sales department is Michele Simon who has been with Kingsleys Estates for more than 14 years.
Managing the lettings department is Robert Leigh with over 10 years letting experience supported by Cheryl Joseph & Julius Nussbaum.
Nina Duskwick runs the large management department together with Eyal who also manages the Commercial and Investments department.
We are probably one of the only offices which are open from 7.30 am to 7 pm, 5 days a week closing only on Saturday, Sunday hours are from 11am to 4pm.
